Packaging
All of my jewellery comes beautifully presented in recycled gift boxing and will be securely packaged to ensure they reach you safely.
If your purchase is a gift and you would like a gift note to be included in the parcel, please let me know and I will happily do this on a complimentary basis.
Despatch and Shipping information
All my jewellery is handmade, purchases from my shop will be despatched within 1-3 days. You will receive an email once I have arranged its despatch so you know it is on its way.
A bespoke piece of jewellery has to be created from scratch and I will be in touch with you throughout the process to ensure you are happy with your purchase and to let you know when it is on its way.
All orders are sent to you via Royal Mail recorded and tracked delivery, once posted I will let you know the tracking information.
UK orders are posted out Royal Mail 1st class insured , tracked and to be signed for on receipt at £3.75 standard charge.
Next day delivery is available at an option of £6.50
European Union orders will incur a £9.50 delivery charge.
Rest of the World orders will incur a £11.50 delivery charge.
Returns and Refunds
I always try to ensure you are happy with your purchase, so if for some reason it’s not quite as expected, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
All jewellery is handcrafted and may show signs of workmanship which is not considered a fault. There may be also slight variations in the finished product from the image displayed and size quoted.
Please contact me within 3 days of delivery to discuss any issues.
Any returned item must be sent back within 7 days of delivery. Please note the buyer is responsible for the return postage.
I don’t accept cancellations.
Any items that have been personalised with dates/names cannot be returned. Pierced jewellery items such as earrings are non-returnable. This is for hygiene reasons.

Hallmarking
In accordance with UK law, any sterling or fine silver item weighing over 7.78 grams must be hallmarked. I am registered with Sheffield Assay Office and every piece of my silver jewellery weighing over this limit will come fully hallmarked with my hallmark, the Assay Office mark and a mark to confirm the silver content.
Should you purchase something under the weight limit but would like to have it Hallmarked please contact me before ordering. I can arrange Hallmarking by request however, this will incur additional cost and will take longer to process.
