Shaped by the waves of the famous Seaham beach for over 100 years and recycled by the tumbling action of the waves against the shoreline on the North East coast of the uk .
Stunning unique cobalt blue sea glass gems are typical of the “end of day glass” produced by the Candlish bottleworks factory that closed its doors in 1921.
Handset in my signature style of an open bezel setting of recycled fine silver to enhance their beautiful shape and colour which can be seen as deep blue when the light shines through.
They dangle from sterling silver wires or silver studs at approximately 15mm in length ( full drop 30mm in length on wires ) by 10mm wide .
These beautiful sea glass gems are never identical in shape or colour which makes earrings quite a challenge but so very unique .
