Deep Burgundy Seaham Seaglass pendant.
This is a stunning example of how Unique Sea glass can be. Recycled by the waves of the famous Seaham beach in County Durham U.K. for over 100 years this unusual Burgundy sea glass gem reflects the traditional glass made in the Candlish bottle works in Seaham that closed in 1921.
A deep swirl of colour washes over its frosted surface a unique feature of seaham “end of day “ glass.
Handset in my signature setting of recycled fine silver in an open bezel of 5mm deep wrapping around its unique shape and colour.
Dangling on a sterling silver diamond cut curb chain it measures 20mm ( 27mm including ring) and 20mm at its widest.
