Description
Cornflower blue seaham sea glass earrings .
Handset in my signature recycled fine silver open bezel setting to enhance their natural shape and colour.
Collected by myself from the famous beach a Seaham in County Durham U.K.these beautiful cornflower blue seaglass gems have possibly originated from perfume and medicine bottles handblown by the old bottle factories of the east coast .
These bottleworks ceased to exist after 1921 so perhaps have been shaped and perfectly frosted by the waves for over 100 years .
Measuring approximately 10mm (30mm in total length full drop including wires) and 10mm wide they shimmer in their silver setting.
Seaglass is very unique so earrings are quite a challenge , please accept that they are not identical as there are never two gems the same.
Available on sterling silver wires or sterling silver studs with butterfly backs.
Please refer to the photographs as to the length of the dangle you require in either wires or studs.
